Tier 2 Service:

Design Planning and Visualization

Elevate your space with a tailor design plan!

This service is for homeowners who want clarity, inspiration, and a solid design direction without committing to full-service implementation. Together, we’ll refine your style, explore bold possibilities, and give you a roadmap to transform your space

Cost: $1,250 to $2,000 / room (depending on room size / complexity)

Duration: 1st round design typically complete within 12 to 15 business days

What You Get:

  • Mood Boards: Up to 3 mood boards with refinements as necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction. Will request photos of the space to be taken to create a more personalized mood board.

  • 3D Renderings, Floor Plans and Elevations: Visualizations of the proposed design to help you envision the final look.

  • Color Consultation: Provide expert advice on color schemes to create a cohesive and appealing look throughout the space.

  • Furniture Arrangement and Space Planning: Help clients arrange furniture to optimize flow and functionality in the space.

  • Lighting Design: Recommendations for lighting fixtures and placement to enhance ambiance and functionality.

  • Decor Recommendation: Assist in choosing and arranging art and textiles like curtains, cushions, and rugs to complement the design.

  • Design Summary PDF: A follow-up document outlining all concepts, visuals, and recommendations presented.

Tier 3 Service:

Design Implementation and Install

From concept to completion, I’ll bring your vision to life!

After design concept completion, this service is for clients who want a fully realized space without the stress of managing all the moving parts. I’ll handle the details, coordinate sourcing and style your home so it feels cohesive, colorful and uniquely yours.

Cost: $1,750 to $2,500 flat design fee / room (depending on room size / complexity) + cost of furniture, giving you flexibility to set your own budget.

Duration: Varies by Project

  • Curated shopping list: A complete list of recommended items with links for easy purchasing.

  • Shopping Assistance: Accompany clients on shopping trips for furniture, decor, artwork, or materials, providing expert guidance on selections
